Assembly and Assembly Drawing of parts previously modelled.

Part A Assembly

This problem comes from Boundy (Engineering Drawing textbook)
The original detail drawings are in Inventor_Exercises.pdf (p46)

Assembled Roller components

General Plan
  1. Make an assembly of bushes pressed into the roller.
  2. Base is the first part of main assembly, add Brackets, Spindle.
  3. Insert the previous Roller Assembly as a sub-Assembly
  4. Finish off with bolts, grease nipple
Checklist
  • All parts are properly constrained (locked), but roller can rotate on spindle
  • Base is the first (grounded) part.
